Aggregate production or Output Planning: This plan is the production portion of the business plan and addresses the demand side of the firms activities by showings the outputs it will produce expressed in numbers of units of its product groups or families. Since various products groups may be produced at diverse plants facilities, or division each of them needs its own production plan.
