Opengts Geozone violation alerts

Project Description:

I am seeking a very reliable, articulate and an experienced Java and MySQL developer to customize the Device Communication Servers for use with OpenGTS basic. To prepare a rule in RulefactoryExample for Geozone Violation and triggering mails.

At current stage, We are using Fm1100 Teltonika device. Tracking works perfectly. Emails are also configured, works perfectly for Overspeeding but for Geozone violation, it sends lots of emails, and that too not accurate. It keeps sending mails even if vehicle is idle.

Deliverables:

1. We will need alerts for the subsequent items: Geozone: Exit/ Entry or Violations

The alerts will require going out to all users that have access to the vehicle and have alerts set to yes. Notifications will go out via email and SMS.

When a device crosses the geozone, an email and or SMS text message is sent to owner or user or multiple uses in account.

2. Enable I/O values for fuel, movement, ignition, in servers/TrackClientPacketHandler.java to insert into EventData table.

3. Measure Fuel Level of Vehicle

4. Measure accurate ignition time for a vehicle

Skills required are Java, MySQL, Software Architecture
