Assignment Help:

I need to do an Expert System using a PHP extension called PHLIPS that one is based on CLIPS rule-based programming language but using PHP technology, I have only 3 simple checklists for stress, anxiety, and depression. It should be running on local server using WAMP opensource
this link has valuable information about this particular extension of PHP
https://phlips.sourceforge.net/
As I said, it''s a simple project, our professor cares most about something that works in terms of submitting facts and getting recommendations based on input. This simple project is due next Thursday.
