Octal Number Systems
Now the question may arise in one mind that why to learn octal number system when neither human nor the digital systems uses. It hence it is important to mention it here that octal number system is used to represent long binary numbers in smellers form. For example binary number 1011100101112 in octal can be written as 5652 ( one third length of the binary number0. Method to convert binary to octal is explained below.
In octal number systems base is it has only eight unique digits 0.7, 0, 12, 646 are some valid octal numbers. Numbers 6784 is an octal number since it has a digit 8 which not a valid octal number.
