Project Description:
We require.NET ( C#.Net or VB.Net ) application to send whatsapp message :
- The application could be connected to SQL server database to fetch the contacts.
- The user could be able to choose all contacts or specific contact to send whatsapp message.
- The application could be able to handle huge number of contacts.
- The application should be able to send whatsapp message regardless of the platform they use, iOS, blackberry, Android, etc)
- We need proof of concept before we start the project.
