Integrate A2billing into Freepbx (Incredible PBX version) on a Raspberry PI

My requirements:

1. An raspberry PI image with Freepbx (Incredible PBX version) installed and completely functional with A2billing installed and configured and 100% working.

2. An fully functional script to reinstall A2Billing in another raspberry pi with Freepbx (Incredible PBX version)

Skills required are Asterisk PBX, VoIP, Script Install
