Need support in Mobile app using AngularJS, Cordova (PhoneGap), Ionicframework

We need an experienced front-end developer with a obsession for performance in mobile environment. Want a person who understands the importance of the first time to pixel. You have been experimenting the latest open source JavaScript technologies like the ionic framework.

What you will build-

This project includes building a web application from scratch using the latest front-end technologies. I need someone who is experience as well as interested in working with AngularJS to build a high-performance large scale consumer facing SPA for mobile device.

We're seeking for a long-term partner for this project to work on a small and distributed team. You will get to be part of the team who is utilizing the bleeding edge technologies to deliver the best experience to the consumers.

What is required
1) Projects built using phonegap and/or AngularJS and its code samples
2) Apps built using Ionic Framework is a big plus
3) Experience with PhoneGap (Apache Cordova)
