Need help to Fix oscommerce attribute price problem

I want the customer to be able to choose a quantity of any product on my oscommerce website. For example a product cost $10.

The customer finds a product as well as chooses to order 5 units

All product has an attribute of-

1) Label Charge- $125

2) Label Supplied- $25

3) You Have My Label / Reorder- $0

Therefore if the customer orders 5 units and needs attribute the total should be $50 + $125. Which would total $175

Right now the total is $1,350 because it's adding $125 for each unit.

I also need to make the attributes required.
