PHP Work on site - fixes, additions

Require some work re-done on seo friendly url creation from vsadmin module of e-commercetemplates.com.

a) The SEO checkbox to create NEW categories with friendly URLS has disappeared.

b) Need the page numbering fixed when view product listings on those new categories - which may fix for new things

c) Need the drop down that let's you select # of products to display to be fixed.

d) Need re-work of main page.

e) Want something created so I can update the CSS for footer and headers

f) Fix of 'login levels' as it is not working.

g) Addition of child's birthday field in user account details

h) Creation of module to allow bulk products to be assigned/unassigned to categories.

i) Update of 'search' feature to look for articles not just products...so both.

j) Fix of calculations

k) Fix of WHOLESALE invoice/ view

Nice to have work also wanted-

a) Upgrade version of e-commerce template

b) Move to a different host successfully. Currently with hostek, want to move to blue host.
