Need help in Google map interface

Summary- Highpoint streets on Google maps using colours that depend on the score those streets receive in my data

Details: I want to map five years' worth of data (in an Excel standardised format) onto somewhat like Google Maps by associating road names in my data set with roads in an online interface as well as then attributing the data to that street in terms of highlighting the street with intensity of colours/different colours.

I have data for numerous points in the year for each street in a Borough of London. What I want is an interface where the Borough council can see it visualised street by street, year by year.
