Need help for Social Network Project - Back-End Development

We are employed on Social Network project we expect to release soon.

This project will be released in Application and web.

So we are requesting skilled in Backend implementation, mastering website development and fully comfortable with Data basis.

The aim is to have a Web service ready.

The key components should be as follow:

- Data Basis
- REST Architecture
- SQL, JavaScript, PHP
- Social Networks API
- Social Networks functions
