Mitral Valve replacement with Allograft (Mitral homograft) :  C. Acar and colleagues used mitral allograft for mitral valvc replacement using a new technique of fixation of papillary muscles. They also inserted an annuloplasty ring along with the cryopreserved mitral valvc. This complex procedure is yet to be universally accepted.
