Question:

(a) Examine the extent to which the participatory role of the community needs the "mapping" of various groups as they will be identified and the support mechanisms, namely: a whole range of informal and formal networks, a framework of information, multiple partnerships, a developmental space to enable dialogic openness and mutual learning.

(b) Analyse the evolution of the low capacity archetypical leadership types leading to the high capacity leadership and the extent to which they improve our understanding with respect to effective community relationships and also in more creative ways of doing things.

(c) Schools will have to prepare their social capital through institutional transformation, the formation of cultural identities and trust across distance in order to contribute to expansive learning of the community.
