Hi i want to develop a smart home using Linux platform.I will be using UBUNTU .The aim and objective of this project is for the user to be able to control devices using Linux scripts.The user can switch on and off lights , toaster,heater, fans using ubuntu.The user can be able to set time for lights to switch on or off.The hardware that can be used is X10 MODULE.
