1. Workers feared that they require working harder and faster and may lead to exhaust whatever work was available causing lay off and therefore they formed unions and began to oppose.

2. Taylor system clearly meant the concept of time or 'speed-up' which cause enhance in productivity and thus profitability and this led some manager to exploit both workers and customers which led to dispute among labors and the management.
