Yes. FCA can be executed for whichever solid waste management system and whichever accounting system. Though full accounting data, for instance which offer by a general ledger system, can be helpful, it is not necessary. Where accounting data are partial or complicated to obtain, though, more effort may be involved in setting up an FCA system.
