Intuitively Simple - User Friendliness

This is the degree to which the system operates in congruence with human operation, in effect the machine does what we naturally think it should do. The actions of the machine are easy to anticipate and control for the inexperienced user. A good example of this is in driving, turning a car steering wheel to the right will cause the car to change direction to the right - this is intuitively correct.
