Assignment Help:

COGNITIONS

Mr. X exhibits a generally high-quality level of cognitive and intellectual functioning, as evidenced by his performance on the MMSE-2 and WAIS-IV. His one weakness with the WAIS-IV was the Symbol Search task, in which one must decide whether at least one of a pair of symbols is present in an adjacent 5-symbol set. This weakness could be explained by his demonstrated test anxiety, and multiple voiced concerns with being timed on the task and not being allowed adequate time to complete all items.
