Inspection of fasteners of motorcycle, Mechanical Engineering

Inspection of Fasteners: The motorcycle carries number of nuts and bolts. They should be properly tightened for the smooth running of motorcycle.

All fasteners are checked for correct torque.
Important nuts like Engine mounting nuts, suspension nut and axle nuts should be maintained at proper torque value.
All split pins should be replaced and installed properly.
Refer to following torque table for the recommended values.
