Inducing a Positive Charge on a Sphere

The given below animation depicts the induction procedure. The neutral conducting sphere is at rest on top of an insulating stand. An unhelpfully charged tube is brought near to (without touching) the neutral sphere. The presence of the negatively charged tube forces electron movement from the left to the right side of the sphere. This movement of electrons is just a reaction to the presence of negative charge such as charges repel. At one touched through the ground, the electrons leave the sphere. While the tube is moved away, there is a whole positive charge left on the sphere.
