Illustrate how temperature measured in fiber optic sensor.

Temperature can be measured via using a fiber which has evanescent loss which varies along with temperature. In the fiber optic sensor, electrical voltage can be sensed through nonlinear optical effects in particularly-doped fiber that alter the polarization of light as a function of voltage or electric field. There angle measurement sensors can be based onto the Sagnac consequence.
