(i) ‘The area of E-Government encompasses three major domains. These domains address the problems that Government is too inefficient and ineffective; too selfserving and inconvenient and too insular'. Using appropriate examples discuss each of these domains.

(ii) Prior to devising a Website it is critical that an organisation performs an analysis of the information needs of the users of its website. Use a public sector organisation of your choice as an example and identify the main purposes of its e-Government Website.

(iii) Planning and management of ICT projects have a very poor record in developing countries. Briefly explain the different success (drivers and enablers) and failure (barriers and inhibitors) categories.
