I need Windows Phone App (WP 8 and above)
I am seeking an app developer/designer to develop me a Windows Phone app.
This will be an app where users will post questions in the form of text and images and other users can answer.
Users must be able to take pictures user phone camera through the app or upload an existing image, make a certain area in the image, and post a question.
Other users will answer the question. or forward to someone they think might know the answer.
You can be in charge of design and development.
This app will be similar to jelly (on iPhone and Android).
