I need a php help for Quotation tool software/online solution

We need the following for our sales force.

Quotation tool that permits them to capture the clients information (logging which sales person did this)

Permits them to select if they are quoting for a mobile, broadband or landline package.

Enter the quotation details into the system as well as log the profit this will make

Enter the executive summary

Permit the user to deselect the populated pages based on the quote type

Make a PDF which emails the client a link to view the quote online on our server

Emails the sales rep a message to notify them when the customer clicks on the link. This tool is vital it will send the user the company name, telephone number as well as attach the quote on PDF.

We will too have a pipeline report to see what the sales team have quoted.

Effective candidate will have to be able to communicate on Skype on a call. We do not want to hide behind emails and messages.
