a) Must have Strong knowledge in C# and VB .net. WPF, WCF, AJAX, Linq

b) Strong database skills against SQL Server 2005/ 2008/ 2010

c) Knowledge in XML, CSS, HTML and JAVASCRIPT,JQuery.

d) Knowledge on Silver light & .NET 4.0 is an added advantage

e) Knowledge on Share Point would be an added advantage

f) Good Leadership Skills

g) Results oriented and passion for accepting and meeting challenges

h) Good communication Skill

Desired Skills are MySQL Administration, .NET, HTML, PHP and .NET for Web
