I am in search of a WordPress Expert for Refer A Friend Plugin.

When a visitor subscribes he is redirected to a page that I can create with my wordpress as well as include shortcodes in it. Then he can enter up to 10 emails addresses as well as names and a little comment, then an email is shown that redirect to my landing page.
