We are seeking a PHP JavaScript Programmer to develop an interactive Google Map.

We want the following completed.

1. We have 30,000 property addresses in a database as well as new addresses are added to it daily. A cron script should be written to geocode any new addresses without late and long

2. Search as well as Filter Form on Google Map. Need to be able to search for properties in database and display results on Map

3. Interactive Scrollable Left Side Menu that display all the current results loaded on Map

4. Property Details should be shown when you click on a Marker.

5. Custom Markers essential by category

6. Load schools as well as amenities from datasource on map and checkbox to turn them on or off

7. Markers to be exposed in Clusters and load within viewable area.

8. Lines are loaded as well as drawn on Map for districts when users selects district. Filtered result will display when clicked on a particular

9. Google Map must load quickly as well as coding must be clean, simple and documented.
