How to promote a business senior village, Operation Management

Have to set up a Blog for the my inanganiry business, The Business is called "Senior Village" its a whole city in a gated community, the Seniors will not have to leave the grounds for anything. On these grounds are the Post Office, Medical Centres fully staffed including specialists, supermarkets, Theatres, all apartment are located on the first floor, no steps. Etc. I need a Blog telling everyone about this Senior Village.
