How to Open Simpower:
1. Open MATLAB

In the "Command Window" write 'simulink' and press Enter or click on the Simulink icon.
3. Simulink Library Browser will open. In this list of libraries, "SimPowerSystems" library contains all Power Engineering components.
4. This "SimPowerSystems" library can also be opened directly by directly executing command "powerlib" in Matlab Command Window.
