How much time does larry spend on his dog each day, Mathematics

Assignment Help:

Larry spends 3/4 hour twice a day walking and playing with his dog. He also spends 1/6 hour twice a day feeding his dog. How much time does Larry spend on his dog each day?

Add the times together to ?nd the total amount of time. Remember that he walks the dog twice and feeds the dog twice. The common denominator is 12.

3/4+3/4 +1/6+1/6 =9/12+9/12+ 2/12 +2/12 +22/12 = 1(10/12) = (1) 5/6

If you chose a, you did not consider that he walks and feeds the dog TWICE a day.
