How is the parathyroid hormone secretion regulated, Science

Assignment Help:

How is the parathyroid hormone secretion regulated?

It is simple. An increase in parathyroid hormone causes an increase in calcium absorption from the intestine and renal tubules. When the bone is saturated with calcium salts, the slight excess of extracellular calcium ions reduces parathyroid hormone secretion. But sometimes under certain conditions this regulation can become impaired.
