How is service separated from the person who provides the service?
Services frequently cannot be separated through the person who gives the service:
a. Every time the service is accomplished even to the similar customer this can be different every time, manufactured goods tend to be homogenous or absolutely identical while produced.
b. Services rely heavily upon staff a people to efficiently deliver customer satisfaction as well as quality of service, people being very significant within the marketing mix.
c. The customer usually participates heavily over the procedure of delivering a service for example, to find out their specific needs more particularly than a manufactured goods.
