Answer- For understanding how CPHs is can produce fermions, do consider to electromagnetic, when the wavelength is growing. It's a CPH So CPH is a tiny energy with waves and mass inertia momentum. Therefore when the frequency of electromagnetic wave increase so much, there is lots CPH in that's photon.
