Germs can be transmitted many ways, including:

Touching dirty hands;
Changing dirty or contaminated cloths;
Through contaminated water and food;
Through droplets released during a cough or a sneeze;
Via contaminated surfaces; and
Through contact with a sick person's body fluids.
