  • In 1960: The purpose of e-commerce was to exchange the electronic data.
  • In 1970s: Electronic Fund Transfers or EFT was developed which considered as huge impact in the emerging of e-commerce. And in Late 1970s: first online shopping website was created in England by Michael Aldrich.
  • In 1990s: The computer scientist Tim Berners-Lee developed the first browser, and Amazon and Ebay began working on the world of e-commerce.
  • In 2000: People at this period of time have enough information about e-commerce and they can easily define the term of e-commerce.[3] ,[4]

It's evident that e-commerce will overtake the normal trade industry in the world hence making people's lives much easier.
