High Court Registrars

Therefore these are magistrates that who in addition to judicial functions perform administrative responsibility. Thus they are appointed through the Judicial Service Commission. 

Hence they are accounting and administrative officers.  Further they assist the Chief Justice in the judicial department of administration and are answerable for the Chief Justice.  Conversely the High Court Registrar is the custodian of Advocates of the Roll.
