Assignment Help:
A copper pipe carrying steam at 1 atm and 100 °C has internal and external radii of 20 and 25 mm, respectively, and thermal conductivity 350 W/m K. With the inside wall at 100 °C and the outside wall at 50 °C, calculate the mass of steam condensing per unit length of pipe per second. The latent heat of evaporation of water is 2257 kJ/kg.
