Assignment Help:

Overall, Mr. X is an intelligent and high-functioning man with good psychological, social, and occupational functioning. The test battery did not reveal any difficulties that warrant further testing. Given that Mr. X is not expressing any current distress or discomfort, it is likely that he will not seek therapy at this time. Even if he experiences problems, his belief in his ability to handle problems, combined with a reluctance to seek help, makes it unlikely he would readily enter psychotherapy in the future. His one expressed problem is his physical fitness; it may make sense to refer him to a health care professional to address his concerns. It may also be valuable to explore the role of financial difficulties in his life, because he has expressed that this is a concern for him.

 Further testing is unwarranted

He is not likely to seek therapy at this time or in the near future

Consider a referral to a health care professional for his physical fitness concerns

Consider exploring the role of financial difficulties in his life
