Assignment Help:

Grinding & Brushing:

Grinding is process there has an abrasive wheel that rotating at certain speed to smooth a surface or to give an even finish on material. In this Blade production, we are using this special design grinding machine to grind the blade tips in order to meet the requirement surface angle for a functional purpose.

This functional purpose can increase the sharpness of the blade tips due to the desire of our product. Once this grinding process done, it will cause a lot of burrs. According to our previously process, we will have brushing system to remove all the burrs on blades after grinding.

Brushing is almost similar with grinding process. As we used very fine brush to fin off the blade tips. The outcome was acceptable if we use naked eye to inspect. All the bigger burrs are perfectly able to be removed by using brushing process.
