DIRECTING:

Directing is the function of leading the employees to do efficiently, and contributes their optimum to the achievement of organizational objectives. Jobs assigned to the subordinates has to be explained and classified, they have to be given guidance in job performance and supervised, and they are to be enthused to contribute their optimum performance will zeal and enthusiasm. It contains making assignments, corresponding procedures giving on the job instructions and of course issuing orders. It is a dynamic function of the management because it infuses life into company.
