Force and motion - a light object moves faster, Physics

Assignment Help:

A light object moves faster

Mark off a half-metre on a table top with chalk. Separate this equally into centimetres. Secure a long rubber band and two spring clothes pegs. Attach a clothes peg to every end of the rubber band. Now grasp the clothes pegs whereas they rest on the table top.  Place them along the marked-off place on the table top. Stretch the rubber band to a distance of about 15 cm and release every clothes peg at the similar instant. Observe that they meet half way.
