First ionization potential and nuclear charge problem, Chemistry

Assignment Help:
The first ionization potentials for Na, K, and Rb are 5.138, 4.341, and 4.166 eV, respectively. Assume that the energy level of the outer electron can be represented by a hydrogenlike formula with an effective nuclear charge Z'' and that the relevant orbitals are 3s, 4s, and 5s, respectively. Calculate Z'' for these atoms.
