Recognizes the absolute extrema & relative extrema for the given function.

                                                   f ( x ) = x3     on        [-2, 2]

Solution : Following is the graph for this function.

This function contain an absolute maximum of eight at x = 2 & an absolute minimum of negative eight at x = -2 .  This function has no relative extrema.

Thus, a function doesn't have to have relative extrema as this example has shown.
