Refer to the table annexed which shows a summary the selection process at Toyota USA. This process lasts for about 20 hours and involves six phases spread over a span of five or six days. The Kentucky Department of the Employment Services conducts the initial pre screening of Phase I. Read all the phases in the table carefully and answer the questions which follow

(i) Explain clearly the details you would expect to see in the application form

(ii) Briefly elaborate on the advantages the Kentucky Dept will derive by using the application form

(iii) Critically analyse the importance of phases III and IV

(iv) Discuss why it might not be feasible for all organisations to adopt selection methods same as Toyota USA
