EXPORT DECLARATION FORMS : All exports to which the requirement of declaration applies must be declared on appropriate forms. These forms are as follows:

GR form (in duplicate): It is used to export to it11 countries otherwise than by post. PP form (in duplicate): It is used to export to all countries by parcel post, except when made on value payable on delivery basis VPICOD form (Single copy): It is used to export to all countries by parcel post, under arrangements to realise proceeds through postal channels on value payable or cash on delivery basis. Softex form (duplicate): It is used to export computer software in non-physical form.
