(c) Mr. X is the tenant of an unfurnished house situated at Rose-Hill which he rents against a monthly rent of Rs 10,000. Unfortunately, he has not paid rent to his landlord, Mr. Y, since ten months. Mr. Y now wishes to sue Mr. X for the amount of rent due. Explain to him which Court has jurisdiction to hear his case and why?
