Q. Explain the Spring clip model?

The spring clip model differs from the spring model in a way that the force applied is comparatively slower. This also depicts elasticity or plasticity of a material. The force is controlled by pulley arrangement. It is used for measuring the breaking strength of dough. Initially, for some time, it resists the Flow.
