Explain the End Cutting Edge Angle

It is an angle between the face of the tool and the plane perpendicular to side of shank. It acts as relief angle that is allows only small section of end cutting edge to contact the machined surface and prevent chatter and vibration. Normally it varies from 5 to 15 degree.
