Explain the Atmospheric Dispersion Modeling

Dispersion model is a mathematical description of the meteorological transport and dispersion process that is quantified in terms of source and meteorological parameters during a particular period of time. The result is an estimate of concentrations of particular pollutant at specific locations and times.
