Explain system concept of organisation.

System concept of Organisation:

a) System is a group of independent although inter dependent elements (termed as sub-systems) that act and interact together with a purpose of achieving specific common objectives or goals.  An organisation can be termed as a system that in turn consists of various sub-systems and sub-sub systems.

 b) Systems concept provides to the industry and to other large business organizations, a systematic approach to find the task accomplished more economically and efficiently.

c) Systems approach is an organized approach for complicated (Military and Industrial) equipment design and similar can be completed in a much shorter period with comparatively less efforts.

d) Systems idea furnishes a frame of references that tells how to manage the jobs or how to analyse complicated phenomena under various environments.

e) Systems approach is too common in the field of physical sciences and engineering since it is comparatively easier to build a model of this systems. But, the systems approach can also be used to resolve problems related to business or human values (as fire protection and housing etc.)
